Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Overview
1. What they will do: We are looking for self-motivated and eager to learn freshers to join our Customer coordination team. Their primary role is to provide assistance to
our clients through phone calls and emails. They will be responsible for managing redemption fulfilment. They will be required to assist our clients with their gift claim redemption and ensure coordination and timely delivery of product requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. What is required: To be successful in this role, the candidate should have extraordinary communication skills to handle customers having different dialects. In
in addition to this, they should be keen learners to understand our company commitment and client requirements. This will help them to troubleshoot any issue faced by the clients faster<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Position Summary
\uf0b7 Make and attend necessary phone calls – inbound and outbound calls.
\uf0b7 Provide the required information to the customers
\uf0b7 Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
\uf0b7 Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis
\uf0b7 Write communication scripts for inbound calls
\uf0b7 Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos on a regular basis

Requirements
\uf0b7 Graduate in any subject or pursuing
\uf0b7 Preferably  fresher
\uf0b7 Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
\uf0b7 Familiar with Excel
\uf0b7 Efficient in achieving targets
\uf0b7 Should be a team player
\uf0b7 Excellent organizational skills
\uf0b7 Good decision-making abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
