\n\nJob Opening for the Senior Associate – Statutory Associates in a IT Company for Mumbai \/ Indore location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designation:- Senior Associate – Statutory AssociatesExperience:-At least 2 years PQE working within an audit and \/ or accounting practice (or 4 years in total)Salary:- 2.4 to 3.6 lacsLocation:- Mumbai \/ Indore Gender Preferences:- Any Prepare statutory accounts for a portfolio of international clients (with a focus on UK), using
management account information produced by the management accounts team, using Word\/ Excel\/
other accounting software.
2. Be part of a small team within the Compliance department, completing work within that team in order
to meet client deadlines, and reporting directly to a Supervisor.
3. Liaising with other departments within Vistra to complete the statutory accounts e.g. management
accounts, corporate tax, and the stock options team.
4. Keeping up to date with international accounting principles and practices.
5. Keeping up to date with international auditing requirements and liaising with external auditors to
resolve audit queries arising.
6. Assist the department Manager and supervisors in carrying out training of new, junior staff.
7. Alerting your Supervisor with regard to delays and potential issues so that work schedules can be
revised as necessary.
8. Communicating professionally within Vistra and externally with auditors and affiliates \/ third parties, to
plan, perform and wrap up projects, using email, mail, fax and Video Conferencing as necessary.
9. Set up and maintain permanent client files.
10. Help to create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
11. Contribute to the identification and adoption of more efficient working practices.
12. Participating in monthly compliance team meetings.
13. Ad hoc admin duties<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Liaise with Audit firms\/teams\/countries.
15. Communicate with LSP \/ audit team.
16. Keeping the track of all the due dates and status of work, maintain tracker.
17. Liaise with cross departments to get the work done.
Skills, Knowledge &amp; Experience
1. B. Com\/ M. Com.\/ CA (Inter)
2. At least 2 years PQE working within an audit and \/ or accounting practice (or 4 years in total)
3. Candidates with experience of international accounting will be preferred
4. Working knowledge of international accounting standards
5. Good communication skill
6. Ability to work in a team\/ experience of working in a team
7. Advanced excel and outlook skills required, email management should be strong.
8. Proactive and disciplined<\/p>\n\n\n\n
