JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research, develop and optimize product formulations for brand products within Nutraceutical and Health Supplement Products portfolio, ensuring they adhere to all Regulatory requirements, out class competition and live up to customer expectations.
\uf0b7 Must be aware about FDA Norms to exports to US, EU
\uf0b7 Responsible for developing new and improved dietary supplement formulations.
\uf0b7 Establish stability of each product by getting stability testing (accelerated\/on-going) done on all new products and review\/report results in collaboration with Quality Assurance Dept.
\uf0b7 Sound problem solving skills and good scientific judgment are required.
\uf0b7 Good communication skills and the ability to work on interdisciplinary teams are required.
\uf0b7 Hands on small-scale equipment and good understanding of large scale conventional pharmaceutical equipment is required. Familiarity with project management methodology is necessary.
\uf0b7 Participate in the set-up and commissioning of R&D and pilot-scale facilities starting from facility identification up to procurement and installation of equipment and instrumentations.
\uf0b7 Evaluate raw materials for suitability and standardize their specifications\/requirements. Work with the procurement and finance team to select materials (excipients\/active ingredients) that meet financial goals and contribute to cost saving initiatives of the company.
\uf0b7 Recommend ingredients\/processes which will improve the overall cost of each product. Identify substitutes for imported raw materials.
\uf0b7 Coordinate with Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, QC\/QA and Supply Departments to ensure that projects are planned and executed in a timely manner.
\uf0b7 Conduct field trials of new products and ensure product performance suiting the recommended application.
\uf0b7 Provide technical support and training materials to marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
