We have a suitable opportunity in the Supply chain division for the position of Sr. Executive \u2013 Logistics &
Procurement. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible to Plan and manage Logistic Services of
the company. You should have 4-5 years of professional experience in the same domain. The location of the job
will be Gurgaon, Haryana.
Key Deliverables- Logistics:
\uf0b7 Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal teams, suppliers, logistics
providers, transportation companies and coordinate with CHAs, forwarders, and customers in line
with the companies \u2019policies.
\uf0b7 Managing the branch-wise distribution of all import shipments. Keeping a track of all kinds of
courier management
\uf0b7 Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service
within budgetary requirements and ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy, Quality and
manage stock movements with the help of direct reports.
\uf0b7 Handling and coordinating with transporters for all kinds of dispatches and
ensure timely payment of all transportation bills after verifying.
\uf0b7 Management of Company Vehicles and Renewing and updating agreements from transporter, couriers.
\uf0b7 Coordination and Assistance with Front Desk Manager regarding all logistics related activities.
\uf0b7 Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and
environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
Key Deliverables- Procurement:
\uf0b7 Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies and work with suppliers, manufacturers
and internal departments.
\uf0b7 Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Maintain a database of approved suppliers
\uf0b7 Negotiate lower pricing Search and source potential suppliers and vendors Track, measure and
analyse company expenditures.
\uf0b7 Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms and Partner with stakeholders to ensure
clear requirements documentation.
\uf0b7 Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost
and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
\uf0b7 Assess, manage and mitigate risks. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
\uf0b7 Determine quantity and timing of deliveries Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
\uf0b7 Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Competencies:
\uf0b7 At least 4-5 years of proven working experience in Distribution\/logistics\/Warehousing.
\uf0b7 Successful distribution and logistics management. Ability for vendor management.
\uf0b7 Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
\uf0b7 Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations.
\uf0b7 Good commercial and business understanding.
\uf0b7 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Relationships:
\uf0b7 Internally \u2013 various functions like Supply & Distribution Planning team, Factory & Warehouse
Operation Team, Manufacturing, Sales, Accounts & Finance teams.
\uf0b7 Externally \u2013Transporters, Vendors, Courier Service Vendors, CHAs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
