\u00a0 Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.       Heat load calculations for AC & Heating<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.       Ventilation calculations & Duct sizing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.       Capacity calculations and selection of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.        Space planning of AHU, fans , HVAC plant room etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.       Piping sizing  (for Chilled water, Hot water, Condenser water, Refrigerant piping ,VRF piping etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.       Preparation of preliminary \/conceptual scheme of the mechanical system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.       Certification and approval of all kind of shop drawings submitted by contractors for site issue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.       Required to lead for Site visit \/ Factory inspection visit \/client place visit \/weekly meeting etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.       Sound knowledge in HVAC ducting designing with the thorough knowledge of ducting installation standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.   Piping design skill especially with chilled water \/ Dx system along with the thorough knowledge of piping installation standard<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.   Able to do prepare chilled water & hot water schematic and detail design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.   Ability to understand and read drawings of Architectural, Structural , interior drawings, MEP drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.   Making of technical specifications, BOQ, data sheet, techno- commercial comparison of equipment\u2019s and contractors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14.   Smoke exhaust, Lift well\/Staircase\/Lift lobby pressurization calculations etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15.   Knowledge of Revit MEP & AutoCAD is an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
