Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To prepare Engineering Design Briefs
2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To undertake design of MEP Services with the help of Jr. Engineer & Draughtsman
3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To interview & select subordinates & mentor them.
4. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To oversee Design development from Concept- Schematic-Tender- Good for Construction- Approve shop Drawings.
5. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To oversee co-ordination of MEP Design & Revit Modelling
6. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 To prepare & oversee BOQ & Budgets
7. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Liaison with Consultants & Clients & Contractors
8. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Be Responsible for Quality & Accuracy of MEP Design
9. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Knowledge of REVIT would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
