Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Key responsibilities as the Account Manager:\u00a0
\uf0b7 Be a problem solver:\u00a0help Government and Enterprise customers leveraging ICT technology to
enhance their field operations.
\uf0b7 Be the customer's advocate:\u00a0build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships\u00a0by becoming
a trusted advisor.\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Be innovative: craft solutions that exactly match clients\u2019 needs.
\uf0b7 Drive requirements:\u00a0elaborate professional proposals in coordination with the pre-sales team.
Proposals can also leverage an active ecosystem of third-party suppliers to complement MSI
offering in other areas.\u00a0
\uf0b7 Meet and exceed sales quotas with existing clients while developing new business.
\uf0b7 Oversee the overall account management:
\uf0b7 – Drive the right strategy and tactics to win the business.
\uf0b7 – Negotiate contracts with customers and agreements with suppliers\/partners (in close
collaboration with procurement).
\uf0b7 – Oversee the customer facing part of the post-order process (deployment &amp; support).
The focus is on Wireless complete portfolio of products including,\u00a0but not limited to:
\uf0b7 Two-Way radio: TETRA and Digital Mobile Radios
\uf0b7 Tracking, Command &amp; Control, IoT and other mission critical applications
\uf0b7 CCTV and Physical Security Solutions
\uf0b7 Pvt LTE &amp; Broadband solutions
\uf0b7 Systems Integration and\u00a0Managed\u00a0services
Basic Requirements
Key qualifications of the Account Manager
\uf0b7 5-10 years\u2019 experience in sales, pre-sales, and\/or project management\u00a0in mission critical
communications.\u00a0.
\uf0b7 Willingness to travel on short notice as and when required.
\uf0b7 Self-motivated, Innovative thinking, Strong goal orientation and results-driven mentality.\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Bachelors\u2019 Degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field (MBA preferred).\u00a0
\uf0b7 Government customer facing\u00a0experience is a plus.
\uf0b7 Fluent in English (French optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
