Roles and Responsibilities:
\u25cf Complete Social Media Management for a brand. Ranging from strategy, plans,
execution, and monitoring the results
\u25cf Corporate blogging; Track industry-relevant blogs; Generate leads;
\u25cf Strategize for different industry segments like Fashion, Real Estate, Restaurant, IT,
Phone\/Android applications, and much more
\u25cf Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve
communications, tactics, campaigns
\u25cf Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and
create ideas on social media viral marketing
\u25cf Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive
insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
\u25cf Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and provide customer
service, wherever necessary
\u25cf Interact with designers, copywriters, content writers to come up with the best content
for clients
\u25cf Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends
\u25cf Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated
\u25cf Communicate with clients at all times and maintain good relationship
\u25cf Meet deadlines and reporting to senior managers, clients as and when required
\u25cf Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment
Desired Candidate Profile
\u25cf Graduation is mandatory
\u25cf A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience is required. (Agency experience)
\u25cf Amazing communication skills
\u25cf Must have a go-getter attitude and should be aware of various social media trends
\u25cf Should have Analytical Reasoning
\u25cf Should have good coordination skills
\u25cf Should be extremely creative
\u25cf Should have a strong interest to take social media as a career option
\u25cf Should have great client servicing skills

Compensation:
