Designation  –  Customer Service & HR Executive
Salary Range – Up to 20K
Experience  – 1-3 years experience in customer support or HR
Gender  – Female
Qualification – Graduate
Working Location – Gurugram
Positions – 1
Working Days – Monday to Saturday [ (9:30 am to 6:00 pm ]

Responsibilities         :
Customer Service Front        :
Managing the purchase orders, supply chain & payment for customers, co-ordination
between sales team , HO & customer for new sales enquiry, build sustainable & trust
worthy relationship with the customers, keep a track on the customer interactions. Monitor
the company stock , sales targets Vs actual sales on weekly basis. Compile monthly
purchase data, Keep a track on import & export documents, import & export shipments
status & co-ordinating between the importer & the clearing agent for smooth customs
clearance.
Update each of the above activities to the CEO of the company.
On HR Front               :
Work in co-ordination with Directors, Plan the timely training of new & old employees,
Promote a positive and open work environment in the organisation,  
Skills                             :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative,
Strong telephone handling skills and active listening, should have good communication skills
in both English & Hindi Language
Candidate should have working experience in MS Excel & MS Word.  
Should have multi-tasking capability, manage time effectively
