Job Duties:
\uf0b7 Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of employees
\uf0b7 Organizational and space planning
\uf0b7 Performance management and improvement systems
\uf0b7 Organization development
\uf0b7 Regulatory compliance and reporting
\uf0b7 Employee orientation, development, and training
\uf0b7 Policy development and documentation
\uf0b7 Employee relationship management
\uf0b7 Employee Engagement, grooming, safety, welfare, and wellness education
\uf0b7 Company-employee communication
\uf0b7 Attendance, Salary, Compensation and benefits administration
General Administration:
\uf0b7 Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, housekeeping &amp;
maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
\uf0b7 Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations &amp; compliance with various governmental
agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues &amp; legal matters.
\uf0b7 Preparing performance MIS reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
