Profile – Project Manager <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender preference – Male<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification: Graduation (minimum)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Target Industry: Interior Contractors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Location: Hyderabad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience – 5 to 15 + Years of experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary – 700,000-9,00,000 per year based on qualification and expertise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 The Project Head will lead and be responsible for the 10 member Project Execution team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 The role will require him to be based in the corporate office but regularly visit various sites (mostly in Hyderabad) to coordinate for proper delivery of sits.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 About 15+ years of experience in project supervision and management in turnkey or part interior related projects. Should have managed projects on his own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Should be comfortable with interpreting CAD drawings and working on excel spreadsheets.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Minimum bachelors degree from a reputed institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Should have good communication skills, be comfortable in English and be presentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
