Designation – Manager Finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience – 3 – 5 Years <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location – Nariman Point, Mumbai <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Timings 10.00 AM TO 7.30 PM
5\/6 Days Company – 5 DAYS\u00a0

1) The candidate will be a\u00a0CA, CA Inter or appeared for CA Final
2) 3-5 yrs of experience\u00a0overall in the finance domain including\u00a0taxation and
compliance.
3) Having\u00a0worked in an NBFC\u00a0or Fin tech start-up would be an added
advantage.
4) Have worked in a\u00a0high growth challenging environment.
5) Should be\u00a0comfortable handling large amounts of data, and providing
regular (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) financial reporting\u00a0(various MIS)
6) The candidate will probably\u00a0represent company in front of India's top
financial institutions\u00a0and govt authorities from time to time
7) The candidate will be responsible for working with senior management
to\u00a0develop financial strategies\u00a0for the organization.
8) Personality traits:\u00a0No-excuses, Result Oriented,\u00a0Focused\u00a0on working to
one's full potential, Doesn\u2019t shy away from\u00a0stretching orthodox
boundaries to grow.
9) You have\u00a0represented your company\/clients in front of Tax
Authorities successfully\u00a0or must have successfully handled scrutiny cases.
10) Understands and\u00a0follows guidelines from regulators<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Corporate finance \/ Accounting \/ Taxation: 3-5 years (Required)
\uf0b7 Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
\uf0b7 Should have handled a team of 3 or more people<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Complete financial accounting and forecasting for the NBFC &amp; group
companies
\uf0b7 Deliver reports, MIS and metrics to leadership
\uf0b7 Complete all compliances for group companies in time
\uf0b7 Lead financial meetings with India 's top Financial Institutions
\uf0b7 Prepare presentations &amp; excels for any investor queries
\uf0b7 Occasionally represent any of group companies in front of any govt
authorities
\uf0b7 Interact and drive partners\/vendors to perform to their fullest
potential
\uf0b7 Create and nurture relationships with country's top FIs &amp; Fintech
company
\uf0b7 Hiring &amp; empowering a motivated team for the NBFC.
Qualifications
\uf0b7 CA having minimum 3 – 7 years of relevant experience
\uf0b7 Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
etc.)
\uf0b7 Detail-oriented and analytical
\uf0b7 Good in managing and nurturing relations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
