Location: Derabassi
\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Qualification –\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>B.Sc\/B.Tech in computer science, engineering or relevant field;M.Sc\/M.Tech\/ will be a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Brief:<\/strong>We are looking for an experienced IT Head to oversee all IT (Information
Technology) functions in our company. You will be responsible for
development, Implementation and maintenance of all our IT and Technical
needs and policies.
The IT Head must be very knowledgeable in IT, SMM and computer
systems. He must have a solid technical background and ablity to
understand, develop, implement and manage all technical and IT related
needs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and
implementing IT policies and systems that will meet our objectives.
The goal is to develop Technology driven processes of the company to
have an edge over competitors and gain market leadership position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Oversee all technology operations (e.g Software
development\/Apps) and evaluate them according to established
goals.
\uf0b7 Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the
implementation of strategies set by upper management
\uf0b7 Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine
their technology needs
\uf0b7 Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and
software\/Apps.
\uf0b7 Inspect the use of technological equipment and software\/Apps to
ensure functionality and efficiency.
\uf0b7 Train the users on how to use software\/Apps.
\uf0b7 Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and
report to upper management
\uf0b7 Coordinate with vendors for smooth functioning of Software\/Apps.
\uf0b7 Control budget and report on expenditure
\uf0b7 Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-
efficient contracts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Proven experience as IT Head or similar role
\uf0b7 Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems,
Software\/Apps development and their specifications.
\uf0b7 Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware\/software),
networks etc.
\uf0b7 Experience in controlling information technology budget.
\uf0b7 Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
\uf0b7 Outstanding communication abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
