We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to control and oversee all
business operations, people and ventures. You will be the highest ranking manager in
the organization and will be responsible for the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the
most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.
Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential since the managing director
is the one expected to \u201csave\u201d the company in times of need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term
and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 He should be having experience from Interior Designing or from the Furnishing field.
\uf0b7 He should have Excellent communication skills, Management skills
\uf0b7 He should be have planning and strategic thinking
\uf0b7 He should be Problem solving and decision-maker.
\uf0b7 His Education must be from Management Field (IIM will be most preferred)<\/strong>

Managing Director duties and responsibilities

\uf0b7 Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson 
\uf0b7 Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans
\uf0b7 Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
\uf0b7 Establish company policies and legal guidelines 
\uf0b7 Build long term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and
authorities
