Job Description:
Business Development:
\uf0b7 Targeting and developing new Corporate and MNC clients.
\uf0b7 Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors\u2019 activities and providing valuable inputs for enhancing sales.
\uf0b7 Meeting Senior Management\/Executives as a part of business development exercise.
\uf0b7 Team handling and ensuring team target achievement.
Key Account Management:
\uf0b7 Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers including CXO\u2019s in target organizations for business development.
\uf0b7 Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients.
\uf0b7 Advice clients on prices and market conditions.
\uf0b7 Assist clients in negotiations and documentation for new facilities.
\uf0b7 Work closely with builders and developers and assist them in marketing their inventories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client Relationship Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Maintaining relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business.
\uf0b7 Building and maintaining healthy relations with existing clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
