Experience  – 4 -5 years
Gender – Female
Salary: Rs. 25,000\/- To 30,000\/- Per Month
Location: Mokila, Hyderabad.
Days working-   6 Days
Timings –   9am to 6pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 To play a very significant and important role in the day-to-day operations.
\uf0b7 Handling scheduled &amp; unscheduled meetings with the management.
\uf0b7 Act as the first point of contact for service request calls and requisitions
through data and voice support.
\uf0b7 Dispatch a Work Request to the person responsible for its completion.
\uf0b7 Provide feedback to the requestor on the status of their request.
\uf0b7 Provide a detailed summary status of calls on a daily\/ weekly and monthly
basis.
\uf0b7 Provide assistance to all facilities functions as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired Candidate Profile:
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline.
\uf0b7 Self-starter, proactive &amp; assertive.
\uf0b7 4+ years of experience in office management, real estate or a related field
strongly preferred.
\uf0b7 Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\uf0b7 Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
\uf0b7 Should have proficiency in English
