Shift – day shift<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:
\uf0b7 Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, CCTV and Biometric
devices)
\uf0b7 Good experience in Installation, configuring &amp; troubleshooting of OS, MS Outlook or Outlook
Express, Office 365.
\uf0b7 Installation and Managing of Antivirus products taking Regular data backup and restoration of
data &amp; mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).
\uf0b7 Configuring &amp; troubleshooting of Desktop\/Laptops for L1 level &amp; Managing data backup and
recovery.
\uf0b7 Managing of DNS, Active Directory, basic Window server
\uf0b7 Troubleshooting basic thin client issues.
\uf0b7 Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, basic installation and configuration of
Routing &amp; Switching).
\uf0b7 Call logging to ISP for LAN \/ WAN link &amp; PRL line issues &amp; having good knowledge in IPV4
addressing.
\uf0b7 Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from End User side supporting through floor
support\/Remote support &amp; Call support.
\uf0b7 Installation and managing of Video conferences.
\uf0b7 Administering disaster recovery plans to ensure that data is backed up and can be restored in
case of failure
\uf0b7 Monitoring network performance to ensure that there are no bottlenecks or errors that could
impact productivity
\uf0b7 Installing operating systems on computers, testing them for errors, and backing them up
regularly
\uf0b7 Maintaining computer equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed
\uf0b7 Installing patches to fix security vulnerabilities in computer systems
\uf0b7 Configuring new systems for installation based on specifications from clients or other IT
professionals
\uf0b7 Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals
\uf0b7 Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them
\uf0b7 Monitoring server performance and capacity to ensure that it meets client needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to commute\/relocate:
\uf0b7 Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before
starting work (Preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
