Location\u00a0 –\u00a0\u00a0Mohali\u00a05\/6 Days Company 5 days ( Sat – Sun Fixed off)
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities for Executive Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 With a primary responsibility of supporting the COO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives\u2019 priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Manage professional and personal scheduling for the COO, including agendas, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and Qualification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 4 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Should be graduate or postgraduate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Superb written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should be willing to work in the early morning shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
