Job responsibility<\/strong>\uf0b7 Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems
\uf0b7 Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
\uf0b7 Draft and submit Service reports
\uf0b7 Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations on Weekly Basis
\uf0b7 Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly
\uf0b7 Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction.
\uf0b7 Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays.
\uf0b7 Assist Team Leader to create the Process & Documentation for Service Operation.
\uf0b7 Extend Training to Junior engineers as per guideline.
\uf0b7 Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and renewal
