Sr. Manager \u2013 Electrical Design <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary: Hike over CTC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience: 8-9 Years
Location: Mumbai<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our development pipeline, gaining a wide range of
experiences supporting projects at every stage, from design conception, throughout the planning
process, construction and client handover. You\u2019ll be ensuring that designated projects are designed to
specification, delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
You will be required to assist and deliver in the following tasks:
\u2022 Produce conceptual, basic and detailed design for projects as per IS and International Guidelines.
\u2022 Day-to-day assistance in designing and assistance to team members in the delivery of projects
\u2022 Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
\u2022 Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures
\u2022 Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and status reports
\u2022 Produce administration documentation such as requests for information.
\u2022 Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
\u2022 Provide technical advisory services to clients during the development & construction process
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to electrical design and project
management and possess the following skills and qualifications:
\u2022 Proficient in CAD. Software experience in AutoCAD (full or LT) is required
\u2022 Electrical design experience of minimum 8-9 years is essential (Indian and overseas projects)
\u2022 Methodical approach to problem solving
\u2022 Ability to read and understand specifications and surveys
\u2022 Effective time & task management and leadership skills
\u2022 Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential<\/p>\n\n\n\n
