Designation – Sr. Service Engineer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary Range –  20 k – 25k PM <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Timings Flexible (Work in General shift only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 B.E.\/B. Tech in Electrical\/Mechanical\/Electronics having 1-3 years or
diploma in Electrical\/Mechanical\/Electronics Engineer having 2-4 years of experience in Service &
maintenance activity.
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Service Engineer (SE) performs the major functions listed below. The position may require
additional duties\/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject
to change.
\u2022 Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
\u2022 Provide support to resolve hardware and software issues by applying technical expertise
\u2022 To provide prompt service to the site team by coordinating with the local service team and Sr.
Management Team, Pune with the proper communication
\u2022 Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
\u2022 Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance reports from our site
technicians.
\u2022 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
\u2022 Produce timely and detailed service reports
\u2022 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs
and internal service records in a timely manner.
\u2022 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
\u2022 Maintaining minimum spares, tools, and test equipment and ensuring they are properly
maintained at every site.
\u2022 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and\/or all other
applicable regulatory requirements of our site technicians.
\u2022 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
\u2022 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and
system sales by visiting sites.
\u2022 Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts
within the assigned area.
Essentials:
\u2022 Travel extensively in the region and resolve maintenance-related problems
\u2022 Will be responsible to close the customer complaint
\u2022 On-site erection & commissioning plan with the Project team
\u2022 Checking the movement of all assemblies\/systems individually at the site with the help of our site
team
\u2022 Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
\u2022 System installation- and configuration
\u2022 Testing and validation
\u2022 Problem analysis and elimination of errors
\u2022 Customer training & Supporting customer staff in pilot phases and while commissioning
\u2022 During the maintenance phase additionally
\u2022 Ongoing remote or onsite service support
\u2022 Follow up on IT incidents
\u2022 System shift support (if any)
\u2022 Reconfiguration and modification
\u2022 Software updates
\u2022 Maintain Planning & Execution chart.
\u2022 Integration of new software solutions into existing technical customer environments
\u2022 Handling of change requests
Personality requirements:

\u2022 Experience in attending and understanding service calls and labels with the ability to pick out and
interpret relevant information
\u2022 Good Understanding of PV plant structures, and rooftop structures.
\u2022 Multi-skilled in both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical work will be added more
advantage
\u2022 PCB, Schematics reading, and interpretation knowledge and skills are a plus
\u2022 Able to identify the root cause of technical problems (SW or HW)
\u2022 Speaking Languages: English\/Hindi (Any regional language nice to have)
Work Area:
Installation, Servicing, and tech support during the test phase, pre-commissioning, and post-
commissioning at client locations in PAN India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
