Designation – Jr. Service Engineer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary Range – 18k – 20k  PM <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Timings Flexible (Work in General shift only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical\/Mechanical\/Electronics engineering having 1-3 years of
experience in Service & maintenance activity
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essentials Job Requirements:
\u2022 Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered
effectively.
\u2022 Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
\u2022 Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance
measures.
\u2022 Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
\u2022 Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment
use.
\u2022 Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
\u2022 Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
\u2022 Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis, Maintain
the daily work log as per the format given.
\u2022 To attend to the complaint given by the respective site team.
\u2022 Arranging for field\/ site visits required for completing the system troubleshooting if required.
\u2022 Preparation of the detailed report after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback
on the report to the concerned service Manager.
\u2022 Carrying out servicing of cleaning equipment (based on breakdowns, installation checks, AMCs,
and Survey reports).
\u2022 Identifying spare parts of the cleaning equipment required for Overhauling\/repair.
\u2022 Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
\u2022 Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
Experience Required:
\u2022 Solar energy industry or equivalent (technical service, commissioning service) \u2013 Minimum 1-3 Years
\u2022 Experience in attending and understanding service calls and labels with the ability to pick out and
interpret relevant information
\u2022 Decent Understanding of PV plant structures, and rooftop structures will be nice
\u2022 Speaking Languages: English\/Hindi (Any regional language nice to have)
Work Area:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation, Servicing, and tech support during the test phase, pre-commissioning, and post-
commissioning at client locations in PAN India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
