Qualifications: – A bachelor\u2019s degree in interaction design\/ human computer interaction (HCI)\/ any relevant field is ideal.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Job Responsibilities: UI\/UX<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Create visually appealing websites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Helps with maintenance and additions to the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Create website layout\/user interface as appropriately required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Create and Integrate complex working hierarchical structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Create and maintain design documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Design webpage layout, and create back up files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Collaborate with clients to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Create low-fidelity wireframes and quickly iterate based on feedback, and synthesize multiple points of feedback into a thoughtful solution and response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback and execute on good user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, procedures and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. Sketch, concept creation and wire framing, producing sitemaps and user flows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17. Communicate clearly and often, but work effectively independently, with minimum supervision within deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18. An understanding of front-end development frameworks.
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Must have excellent knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 At least 3 years of experience of creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Familiarity with user interface and navigation for E-commerce applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\tAt least 3 years of experience working in a collaborative team, and directly with developers of implementation of design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS and JavaScript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Familiarity with user interface patterns for native mobiles (iOS\/Android) and mobile web is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Knowledge of MEAN Stack technology is a BIG ADVANTAGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience with user interface design patterns and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Candidate must be in sync with recent design standards and trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of server-side technologies, and how they interact with the frontend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Advanced skills in JQUERY and Bootstrap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Previous experience in CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Magento and Drupal etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
