Role : Design & Development
Location Pune Factory
Gender: Male
Experience : 4 to 8 Yrs
Salary: 7 -10 LPA
Education 1:  BE Mech\/ Electrical
Education 1: Auto CAD
Industry : Lighting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must Have<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience in Designing of lighting fixtures.
Experience in Lighting industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Study of Drawings, Product Samples & Specifications as Provided by the Customers.<\/li>
  2. Make Engineering Drawing (Reverse Engineering) of the Product & Components, and get drawing approval from the Customer feasibility Study, APQP, FMEA, PPAP Study & records.<\/li>
  3. Prepare Process Flow Design & Calculate Cycle Time of the Product.<\/li>
  4. Preparation of BOM & Identify requirements of Jig, Tool, Die & Fixtures.<\/li>
  5. Costing of Toll, Die, Fixture & Consumables.<\/li>
  6. Process Validation. Identify & Validate best run Process Parameters by Trials & Pilot Run and Establish the Production Lines and Make Sample Production.<\/li>
  7. Product Validation by Destructive & Non Destructive Tastings.<\/li>
  8. Make Prototype (Sample Product). And get finalized the Prototype from the Customer.<\/li>
  9. Help Purchase to Finalise Vendor or in Vendor Development Process.<\/li>
  10. Issue BOM to Production Planning & Control.<\/li>
  11. Handover Manufacturing Lines or Machine to the Production.<\/li>
  12. Issue Process Flow Drawings, Product Specifications to Quality And assist in preparation of IPO\/Control Plan\/Quality Control System.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Req. Skill Set\/Knowledge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1) Leadership Skill
    2) Communication Skill (Marathi, Hindi,
    English)
    3) Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Flow
    4) Knowledge & Experience of ISO 9001:2015,
    5) Computer Operating Skill, Experience of ERP\/SAP operating system.
    6) Auto CAD 2D<\/p>\n\n\n\n
