Desired<\/strong>:<\/strong> Experience in Clinical \/ Medical Graduate with 2 years of exp., 1 Year Mandatory exp. In the Emergency Department OR BSc Nursing with 3 years\u2019 exp., 1 year of mandatory exp in Emergency Department<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting to<\/strong>:  Dean (Academics)\/Director Academy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Planning of the teaching program including an orientation program in consultation with the Dean (Academics)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Planning for students\u2019 Practical experience, ward assignments and vacations in consultation with the Dean (Academics)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Planning of curriculum with the cooperation and collaboration of Dean (Academics)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Teaching classroom and clinical courses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Preparation for classes and demonstration, display of educational material on the notice board<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Guiding students in various methods of study and use of reference books and library, individual attention to students when necessary, including individual assignments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Conducting periodical and terminal tests<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Organizing seminars, panel discussion, debates, workshop, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ensuring that students who appear for examination fulfill all requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Organizing recreational and social programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Oversee students\u2019 lab and clinical work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Mentor & counsel the students for any disciplinary issues & job placements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Collaborate with other professionals to refine nursing program content<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Grading coursework and evaluating clinical lab performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Participating in professional associations and representing their educational institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintenance of Permanent\/cumulative record of students<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Staying up-to-date with clinical trends<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain inventory of medical equipment for training and impart appropriate knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
