Job Description: Senior Manager, Client Support (Location: Mohali)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in investment finance and
exposure to the Global financial markets.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
\u00d8 Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
\u00d8 Lead a team of up to 5 staff members who are all PGs with an experience of up to 3 years
\u00d8 Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and assist in internal operations
\u00d8 Help drive continuous improvement of our service and an excellent client experience
\u00d8 Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and
Research functions
You will be leading the front end of the business function and will need to have the dedication to create
and apply an effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by
providing strong client support and building lasting relationships with clients.
Successful candidate will be provided a thorough training and a progressive career path.
You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and
Market Analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
\u2022 Leading the existing teams and the function of Client & Sales Support management.
\u2022 Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.
\u2022 Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
\u2022 Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
\u2022 Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.
\u2022 Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
\u2022 Study ongoing economic events in the global market. Help the team in developing and writing
research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
\u2022 Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification and Skills Required:
\u2022 MBA Finance, MA Economics, M.Com. with prior work experience of 6-8 years.
\u2022 Experience of working in a Client Support role within the Financial services industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Notes:
\u2022 All candidates are required to sit a 45 minutes written test to assess their Analytical,
Quantitative and Communication skills.
\u2022 This is not a BPO job role.
\u2022 Only candidates serious about making a career in Investment Finance should apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidate should be a strong team player with some prior experience of leading teams. He\/she must
have an analytical mindset, an interest to learn new Financial products and an excellent command on
English.
Further, the candidate should be good at multi-tasking and managing multiple functions simultaneously.
This is a very demanding position, and it is suitable for candidates who have the ability to learn quickly
and work calmly under pressure.
