Location – Mohali (WFH)

<\/strong>We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform,
who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to
quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be
comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating,
prioritising, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate
will be happy liaising with clients at all levels, with the ability to translate technical
information into layman\u2019s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential
impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities
<\/strong>This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
\u2022 All aspects of user and license management including new user
setup\/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD,
sharing rules.
\u2022 Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow,
Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page
layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings,
mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
\u2022 Sandbox environment management.
\u2022 Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable
solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
\u2022 Identify unused or underutilised platform features.
\u2022 Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
\u2022 Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and
stakeholders.
\u2022 Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules
and automation as needed.
\u2022 Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release
Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
\u2022 User support tickets.
\u2022 Monitor and improve user adoption.
\u2022 New user and ongoing user training.
\u2022 Technical documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications and Background
Required:
\u2022 Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years\u2019 of Salesforce
Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
\u2022 Trailhead Badges\/Super Badges.
\u2022 Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Desirable:
\u2022 Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform
App Builder
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s\/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
\u2022 A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
\u2022 Designing scalable, best practice solutions
\u2022 Excellent relationship-building skills
\u2022 Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
\u2022 Translating requirements into technical solutions
\u2022 Experience in change management and governance
\u2022 Training end users and key stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Available and responsive to questions
