Educational qualification –   Sales & Marketing
Experience required 5-10 years of experience.
Positions Sales Manager- Modern Trade
Job Location Shoghi, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Salary package CTC Minimum 3 LPA to 6 LPA Based on experience and skills, could be offered a differential package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placement process Telephonic \/ Virtual interview, followed by Face-to-Face interview<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender- Male\/ Female 
Location- Candidate must have worked in the North India region.
WFO \/ WFH \u2013 Complete Work from office (Shoghi, Shimla)
Industry \u2013 Food processing with high preferability for Tomato processing industries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks & Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
\uf0b7 Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
\uf0b7 Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
\uf0b7 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
\uf0b7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
\uf0b7 Liaison with the marketing team for strategies and marketing content.
\uf0b7 Manage listing in key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from
seniors.
\uf0b7 Overlook the reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets\/ invoices with coordination from accounts and finance team.
\uf0b7 Should know how to on diverse product range in different distribution highways.
\uf0b7 Should grow revenue through volume and net pricing.
\uf0b7 Performing any other task as per management request. Pre and post-sales tracking &amp; analysis of
promotions effectiveness.
Skills required \uf0b7 BS\/MS degree in business administration or a related field
\uf0b7 Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or
exceeding targets.
\uf0b7 Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
\uf0b7 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
\uf0b7 Strong business sense and industry
expertise.
\uf0b7 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
\uf0b7 Must be able to plan strategically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
