Bangalore<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lease Vacant space according to leasing plan \/ Schedule in accordance with relevant time frame set-out therein<\/li><li>according to defined retailer mix &amp; target<\/li><li>Achieve leasing income goals established by Management\/Projection.<\/li><li>Assist the Mall head in the negotiation and closure of individual leasing Transactions &amp; tenant building as well as<\/li><li>associated with related design impacts.<\/li><li>Ensure facilitate the fitout process for new retailer, like drawing &amp; technical approval from respective department<\/li><li>Retail &amp; Mall optics to be maintained at all time<\/li><li>Lease administration, Agreement &amp; documentation up to-date<\/li><li>Ensure successful leasing of retail &amp; Food &amp; Beverage outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the<\/li><li>leasing budget, as well as the pre-determined strategy.<\/li><li>To achieve monthly targets from Temporary leasing<\/li><li>Coordinate with the collection team to achieve quarterly average of 100% monthly collection<\/li><li>\u00a0Work with retailers to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation<\/li><li>\u00a0Evaluates retail mix to determine potential Temporary ( Kiosk) retail concepts.<\/li><li>Collaborate with marketing and Ops departments for the improvement of retailer performance for the purpose of<\/li><li>actualizing target rental income through revenue share as budgeted and planned occupancy levels.<\/li><li>Coordination with all relevant IPC &#039;s &amp; other local PC to approach new brands in the market.<\/li><li>To achieve mall occupancy &#8211; 90% all through the year<\/li><li>\u00a0Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short term Retailers<\/li><li>Prepare monthly reports on the status &amp;
