Job description

Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements,
define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
May require an associate’s degree in a related area and 3+ years of experience in the field or
in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts. Rely
on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities:
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Write the analysis document based on the basis of customer needs, respecting the
corporate vision, the architectural principles and the methodology in force.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing
specifications
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements;
forming project team; establishing project budget
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress
reports; recommending actions
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Guarantee the adequacy and completeness of the test plans necessary for the quality
control of the solution provided.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Work with peers to constantly improve the tools and methodology available to analysts.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Identify and evaluate the risks associated with the analysis.
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Share your knowledge and know-how with your colleagues in the department.
Requirements:
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0SQL experience strongly preferred
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to work independently and with others
\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Extremely organized with strong time-management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
