Job brief<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative<\/strong> to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Answer questions about products or the company<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Enter and update customer information in the database<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Take and process orders in an accurate manner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Handle grievances to preserve the company\u2019s reputation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Go the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales\/customer service role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe\/explain them to prospects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 High school diploma; BSc\/BA will be a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
