Qualifications for Accountant:
\uf0b7 Bachelor’s degree in C Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training,
and experience
\uf0b7 2-5 years of accounting\/finance experience
\uf0b7 Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office
applications
\uf0b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\uf0b7 Experience with accounting software especially quick books
\uf0b7 Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
\uf0b7 Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
\uf0b7 Highly detail-oriented.
\uf0b7 Excellent communication skills, specifically English written skills are a must.
\uf0b7 Ability to prepare and understand extensive documents, e.g., contracts and agreements.
\uf0b7 Must be flexible to work and travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
\uf0b7 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
\uf0b7 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
\uf0b7 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
\uf0b7 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement,
and other reports.
\uf0b7 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
\uf0b7 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
\uf0b7 Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
\uf0b7 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
\uf0b7 Secures financial information by completing database backups.
\uf0b7 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
\uf0b7 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
\uf0b7 Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
\uf0b7 Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,
enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
\uf0b7 Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
\uf0b7 Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
\uf0b7 Assist in preparation of reports and filings and Press Releases accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
