Minimum Qualification:\uf0b7 Master\u2019s degree in law, journalism or finance from 10 colleges in India or top
20 in the US
\uf0b7 Expert in US English and understanding and tracking the US market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD:JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the development and continuance of two-way communication between the
company and its stakeholders.  Requires communication, finance, marketing and
security laws knowledge to manage investor relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\uf0b7 Prepare, evaluate and lead the bird view strategy for the investor relation and
press for the Company.
\uf0b7 Leading the team for investor relations
\uf0b7 Collect and analyse business unit financial and operational data for investor
presentations.
\uf0b7 Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings.
\uf0b7 Analyze individual business unit performance and conduct peer company
comparisons.
\uf0b7 Maintain current market intelligence.
\uf0b7 Track and analyze macro market data and assess operating activity
ramifications.
\uf0b7 Contribute to the development of quarterly earnings press releases and
quarterly conference call notes.
\uf0b7 Prepare materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
\uf0b7 Prepare and maintain the sentiment analysis of the market for the Company
and competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OTHER:
\uf0b7 Conduct special projects for the top management at both the corporate and
business unit level.
\uf0b7 Learn the operating and strategic fundamentals of all of the company\u2019s
diversified service lines.
\uf0b7 Other high-profile projects as they develop.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\/SKILLS
\uf0a7 Master\u2019s degree in Law, Finance, Journalism or Business
\uf0a7 5 \u2013 10 years of experience in Investor Relations for Listed companies,
Preferably in the US
\uf0a7 Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0a7 Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the
company\u2019s image.
\uf0a7 Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations.
\uf0a7 Detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills.
\uf0a7 To understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings.
\uf0a7 To be flexible, proactive, a learner, and be able to work within a team.
\uf0a7 Multi-tasking skills.
