\u00b7         We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company\u2019s senior-level managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Executive Assistant\u2019s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Uphold a strict level of confidentiality<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Excellent MS Office knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Outstanding organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Discretion and confidentiality<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         High School degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 PA diploma or certification is a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n
