QA Manager
<\/strong>
Technical Skills<\/strong>
Required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Sound knowledge of Electronic components &amp; PCB assembly process.
2. Working knowledge on various testing equipment such as Multi-meter \/
LCR Meter \/ Oscilloscope \/ Power Analyzer \/ AC-DC Power supply
meter \/ HV Tester \/ Surge Tester, etc.
3. Knowledge about Product Validation \/ Reliability testing \u2013 preferable.
4. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor \/ Internal Auditor Certification.
5. Exposure to Customer Complaint handling, Warranty Rejection Material
analysis, Corrective \/ Preventive Actions and communication with
customers regarding the same.
6. Exposure to Calibration activities preferable.
7. Knowledge about LEDs \/ Photometry Testing preferable.
8. Knowledge of SPC\/SQC techniques, 7QC Tools, Problem Solving
Techniques, Root cause analysis, 8D Analysis, Cp &amp; Cpk Indices.
9. Knowledge about FMEA \/ Control Plan documentation is preferable.
10. Knowledge about Product Certification ( CE \/ UL \/ BIS ) preferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements
1. Self motivated \/ Capable of working independently as well as a Team
member.
2. Leadership skills and Strong communication skills.
3. Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
4. Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent and bring out the best
out of each individual.
5. Able to communicate with all levels of management and peers within the
organisation.
6. Should be well conversant with MS Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Leading and directing the QA team.
2. Customer complaint handling, Corrective \/ Preventive Actions and
communication with customers regarding the same.
3. Field Returned Material Analysis, Corrective \/ Preventive Actions and
communication with customers regarding the same.
4. Review and monitor Final Inspection activity \u2013 provide decision on non-
conforming Finished products and ensure initiation of necessary CA\/PA.
5. Review and monitor In-process Quality inspection activities.
6. Ensure documentation of QMS ss per the requirements of ISO 9001
Standard company-wide and planning & execution of Internal Audits.
7. Conducting Training on Quality Circles and initiating Quality Circles across
the company.
8. Monitor day-to-day activities of Photometry Testing Lab.
9. Define MBOs for reporting QA associates reporting and performance
monitoring the same on Quarterly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
