Job Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work with Account Managers to understand the executive needs of our clients.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each exclusively assigned positions in the USA.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist candidates through interview process by providing additional information and follow up\u00a0\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Input Candidates into internal tracking and database system\u00a0\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate must have strong communication skills and fluency in English speaking, listening, and writing.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate must work on USA timings (Eastern Standard Time).
