LOCATION  – PARWANOO, HIMACHAL PRADESH\/ CHANDIGARH<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIVISION BUSINESS – MANAGER HEAD OF US & EUROPE AND STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPAN OF CONTROL  – INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROLE TYPE –  FULL TIME<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRAVEL REQUIRED <20%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAALARY Package  – 25LPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Graduate in any field, preferably in Biotechnology or life sciences.
\u2022 5-10 years of experience in managing regulatory affairs for a biomedical device company.
\u2022 Hands-on experience in creating and filing dossier for USFDA, Notified CE and thorough
understanding of ISO 13485 documentation and implementation.
\u2022 Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and factory-based teams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESPONSIBILITIES
\u2022 Keeping track of the ever-changing legislation in all the Indian and International regions in which the
company wishes to distribute its products. (Primarily US, Europe, India)
\u2022 Advising on legal and scientific restraints and requirements
\u2022 Collecting, collating, and evaluating scientific data
\u2022 Presenting registration documents to\u00a0regulatory\u00a0agencies and carrying out any subsequent
negotiations necessary to obtain or maintain marketing authorization for the products concerned
\u2022 Giving strategic and technical advice at the highest level in the company, making an important
contribution both commercially and scientifically to the success of a development program and the
company as a whole
\u2022 Conscious tracking of any gaps and errors in documentation and continuous updating as necessary.
\u2022 Aligning the efforts of the plant team as per\u00a0regulatory\u00a0norms.
\u2022 Regular audits and creating a structured review mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
