Designation: Front End Collection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience: 2 – 5 Years in processing call center management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary:  40K \u2013 70K PM with incentives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Including quarter bonus\/ annual bonus,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free coffee\/ drinks and snacks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications: Any Graduate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: Bangalore<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Front-End collections leads and oversee 20-30 Collectors with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Loan Servicing Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\/she is responsible for effectively monitoring collector\u2019s performance and ensuring superior operations of credit investigation, collections and etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborates with other departments to identify and implement process improvement strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Supervises the entire operation of a unit within the Loan Servicing Department and ensures that corporate standards are consistently applied throughout unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Assists in answering escalated borrower inquiries and answers complex\/general questions from Loan Servicing Specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Develops relationships and partners with internal departments to identify ways to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness across the departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Manages incoming email and other correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Minimum Bachelors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Graduate any stream with 2-5 years <\/strong>experiences in processing call center management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Having worked in loan service department, NBFC or Fin-tech company and understanding of call center management for loan services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Have ability to lead and manager a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to answer questions and communicate issues clearly & concisely to associates, customers as well as management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ability to work independently with little or no supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Intermediate MS Office skills required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Ability to react to change quickly and implement new processes & procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Professional demeanor and excellent work habits are essential<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Have a good communication in English and Hindi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
