DIVISION QUALITY  \u2013  MANAGER MANAGER QUALITY
EXPERIENCE \u2013 3 \u2013 5 years

 LOCATION   \u2013  PARWANOO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Graduate in any field
2. 3-4 years of experience in similar or same industry
3. Preferred knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO14971, and MDR.
4. Statistical analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Record Control- Log Book Issuance and Retrieval: Maintaining Quality record \u2013 issuance of
logbooks, formats, Batch Manufacturing Record, and all other controlled documents as per
requirement.
2. Control Sample record maintenance and QC lot verification
3. BMR Issuance and Batch Record Maintenance.
4. IPQA- Line Clearance, In-process Checks, Environmental Monitoring, In-Process Quality
checks in all departments and every stage of manufacturing process.
5. Calibration and Qualification of Engineering, Production and QC equipment.
6. Process Validation as per schedule. Equipment Qualification, Process of all machines in
manufacturing department.
7. Training \/Testing Record Maintenance.
8. Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI).
9. Preparation of Batch Release check list
10. Initiation and coordination of NC, Deviation, CAPA, Change control and record maintenance.
11. Preparation of audit reports and compliance reports.
12. Customer Complaint handling and Investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
