Skills- Graduate\/Post Graduate\/MBA-HR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties<\/li><li>Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives<\/li><li>Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)<\/li><li>Looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.\u00a0<\/li><li>Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)<\/li><li>Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes<\/li><li>Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations<\/li><li>Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)<\/li><li>Communicate with public services when necessary<\/li><li>Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures<\/li><li>Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews<\/li><li>Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees<\/li><li>Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database<\/li><li>Proven experience as an HR Assistant,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/resources.workable.com\/staff-assistant-job-description\" target=\"_blank\">Staff Assistant<\/a>\u00a0or relevant human resources\/administrative position<\/li><li>Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)<\/li><li>Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS<\/li><li>Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases<\/li><li>Basic knowledge of labor laws<\/li><li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li><li>Strong communications skills<\/li><li>Degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li><li>Proficiency in English &#8211;
