Experience – 1 to 3 Years

(responsible for accounts and admin)
Offered salary: As Per Industry Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Preferably Female candidate of max age range 30 years (Males are also welcome)
\u00a7 Must have at least bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce. Master\u2019s in commerce is a plus.
\u00a7 Must have good Tally working knowledge
\u00a7 Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in accounts and admi
\u00a7 Must have good knowledge of invoicing with GST and KFC (Kerala flood Cess)
\u00a7 Good speaking \/ written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
\u00a7 Must have good email communication, PC and system skills
\u00a7 Must be Familiar in MS office packages like Excel, word etc\u2026
\u00a7 Energetic and efficient<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Manage all accounting transactions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Audit financial transactions and documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 reconciling bank statements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Entries of purchases, expenses and stock in Tally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Tally and Manual Invoicing with GST and KFC percentage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Provide sales, stock and purchase and expense reports to Management and Chartered Accountant<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Handle Petty cash<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Prepare statements of accounts and follow up for receivable payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Monitor and handle vendor payments and utility bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Assist chartered accountant in GST filing and other accounting functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Co-ordination with warehouse for goods inward and outward stock and reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Assist in vendor registration with new buyers and follow ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Email communication with vendors and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain staff files and payroll<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Any other responsibilities as required.
