Work Timings: 5:30 am to \u2013 2:30 pm IST (Night shifts)

Job Requirements:<\/strong>\u2022 Responsible for managing lead generation, cold calling, setting up appointments, rapport
maintenance, understanding of client needs and closure of deals after negotiation.
\u2022 Lead generation, Cold calling, appointment setting and client management will be the focused
areas.
\u2022 Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
\u2022 Establish & extend the company\u2019s market leadership through effective contributions
towards Business Development & Sales.
\u2022 Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Qualifications:<\/strong>Any graduate\/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Science second preference)
with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field, with a flair for
engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.
Experience Required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling International clients in sales and business development
activities through phone, e-mail, video, in-person meetings. Preferably no gap in working and looking
for stability.
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
\u2022 Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
\u2022 Meet cold calling targets set daily, weekly, monthly
\u2022 Develop marketing and sales strategy for the company \u2013 geography, vertical, service specific
\u2022 Excellent communication Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas
clients.
\u2022 Self-Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ability to manage the profile independently with least amount of hand holding.
\u2022 Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
