Responsibilities\u2022 Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take\u2022 Maintain the financial health of the organisation.\u2022 Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\u2019s actualperformance compared to the business plans.\u2022 Develop trends and projections for the firm\u2019s finances.\u2022 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.\u2022 Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design aframework for these to be met.\u2022 Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.\u2022 Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing onfuture paths to be taken.Requirements\u2022 Proven experience as a Financial Manager\u2022 Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst\u2022 Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general marketpatterns\u2022 Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills\u2022 Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes arebeing used\u2022 A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles\u2022 Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations\u2022 Must be a Qualified Charted Accountant with 5+ years of experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
