Key Deliverables :- <\/p>\n
To be the AVP of Sales and to manage the respective Homes Division\u2019s Sales function, from pre-development to hand over; <\/p>\n
To ensure targets are met in terms of sales efficiency, profitabilityand highest levels of customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n
Ensure all Government Sales verticle areas portray a professional, corporate image at all times.<\/p>\n
Work effectively as part of the senior management team.<\/p>\n
The job holder is required to actively promote best practice throughout the company as per their wider responsibilities for the management of the division; including the general running of the division, setting budgets, minimising risks, maximising opportunities, achieving the division\u2019s targets;<\/p>\n
Seeking to positively influence the progression and growth of the division.<\/p>\n
Will be responsible for staff of Business Development Managers and Territory managers – if required<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Developing growth strategies and plans majorly on Government vertical
\n\uf0b7 Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base
\n\uf0b7 Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
\n\uf0b7 Writing business proposals
\n\uf0b7 Negotiating with stakeholders if dependency there.
\n\uf0b7 Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
\n\uf0b7 Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
\n\uf0b7 Following industry trends locally and internationally
\n\uf0b7 Consulting with our legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts
\n\uf0b7 Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
\n\uf0b7 High-level communication skills
\n\uf0b7 Stakeholder management skills
\n\uf0b7 Proven ability to negotiate
\n\uf0b7 Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
\n\uf0b7 Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
\n\uf0b7 Experience working to and exceeding targets
\n\uf0b7 Experience in the field of Biometrics<\/p>\n
