Project Associates (Training):
\nSalary: 17,000\/- per month
\nEducation: 1 professional graduate and 1 BTECH from Indian Institute of Handloom Technology
\nExperience: 4+ years (the candidate from IIHT need to have handloom knowledge & experience)
\nLocation- Kullu and Rampur<\/p>\n
Responsibility: <\/p>\n
Will be responsible to develop an indigenous training plan, training material, and provide training of lean manufacturing to weavers, supervisors, management and owners of the participating bodies of the cluster.<\/p>\n
1. Provide other relevant training, create awareness, & do their skill diversification.<\/p>\n
2. Will be responsible for all kind of soft & hard training and capacity building of the participant units.<\/p>\n
3. Work in close co-operation with each of the units to assess and then achieve the LM techniques implementation; and other necessary work.<\/p>\n
4. Assess and undertake the training and other such implementation requirements; and<\/p>\n
5. Prepare specific reports for such implementation activities undertaken by it in each of the units.<\/p>\n
