Project Leader:
\nSalary: 25,000\/- per month
\nEducation: Post Graduate with a professional degree.
\nExperience: 6+ years
\nLocation: Rampur Bushahr-Shimla, Kullu districts of Himachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n
Responsibility:<\/p>\n
Need to handle multiple projects. Will have responsibility for day to day working, documentation and
\ntimely work completion of multiple cluster in one district as per the requirement.<\/p>\n
1. Assess the existing system at each member unit of the concerned Mini cluster; \u2013 Existing status (5s, workspace management, Safety, health, energy conservation, Single Minutes Exchange of Dies, Total Productive Maintenance, Reduction in Inventory, Organization Structure, Layout, process of manufacture, visual base line survey, identification of 7 wastes, inventory practices, top chronic problems, etc. )<\/p>\n
2. Development of Stipulate detailed step by step procedures and schedules for implementation of the LM techniques (pre-defined milestones); \u2013 Time bound targets for achieving Incremental Improvements. Phase wise Action Plan \u2022 Incremental Improvements to next stage.<\/p>\n
3. Identify the end targets in quantified parameters to be achieved by each unit at the end of the project; \u2013 Qualitative, quantitative, monetary benefits likely to be achieved.<\/p>\n
4. Work in close co-operation with each of the units to assess and then achieve the LM techniques implementation; and other necessary work.<\/p>\n
5. Assess and undertake the training and other such implementation requirements; and<\/p>\n
6. Prepare specific reports for such implementation activities undertaken by it in each of the units.<\/p>\n
