Position Manager \u2013 Store (SUPPLY CHAIN)<\/p>\n
Location : CHENNAI only 2 weeks in Punjab for Induction & then shifted to Chennai.<\/p>\n
Experience : 9.5 to 12 yrs DM , 12 plus for Manager<\/p>\n
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm) \/ Automobile
\nManufacturing\/Manufacturing<\/p>\n
Preferred Age : 35 to 40 years<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
Technical: <\/p>\n
1. SAP Inventory Management system, FIFO\/JIT management
\n2. ABC \u2013 XUZ analysis and team management.
\nSAP COMPULSORY
\nGeneric: Commercial \u2013 Good communication skills.
\nAreas of Expertise:
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for Store\/inventory Management, Material Scheduling follow up, Inventory
\nControl, Team Development, implementation of various techniques- FIFO, JIT,
\nABC\/XYZ\/FSN\/VED.
\n\uf0b7 Managing overall store activities involving multi warehouses at various locations.
\n\uf0b7 Spearheading & directing the manpower for meeting the department targets and objectives
\n\uf0b7 Maintaining stringent quality control systems for store procedures, handling expired life
\nproducts etc.
\n\uf0b7 Dealing in scrap sale and safe disposal of hazardous waste in factory as per legal
\ncompliances.
\n\uf0b7 Preparation & Updating of ISO\/TS 16949, EHS & OHSAS documents.
\n\uf0b7 Co-coordinating with PPC and Procurement for all shortages, availability and Supply Chain
\nManagement.
\n\uf0b7 Training, improvement and development of store associates as per laid down KRA\u2018s.<\/p>\n
External and internal audit compliances, Periodic Stock Verifications etc.<\/p>\n
