Job purpose
\nOur Business Development Associate usually operates within the business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C). They are the key point of contact between us and our clients like schools, teachers, parents & students.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities
\n\uf0b7 Meeting with Parents and students for counselling and giving demos.
\n\uf0b7 To execute promotional activities in schools, townships and various public places.
\n\uf0b7 Implement plans to increase product sales in coordination with Senior Sales Executive.
\n\uf0b7 Maintain and develop a good relationship with school, teachers and parents through personal contact or meetings or via telephone
\n\uf0b7 Demonstrate teamwork through sharing of best practices and working with cross-functional teams.
\n\uf0b7 Accountable for the revenue targets from the assigned leads
\n\uf0b7 Identifying potential customers, creating and closing new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company
\n\uf0b7 Converting free software users to paid users using emails, SMS and direct sales.
\n\uf0b7 Explaining the importance of tech-based practice and tools to be used to prepare for the process
\n\uf0b7 Answer questions about products\/service and delivering to the need of the customer.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n\uf0b7 Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
\n\uf0b7 Freshers from B.E & MBA colleges can also apply. Should be fluent in English.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing.<\/p>\n
