Job Responsibilities\/ KRAs:-<\/p>\n
Responsible for the entire HR & IR process, defining the policies, training, rcruitment& development of skills, maintaining a healthy relationship between employee
\nand employers, also responsible for contract labours compliance to relevant statutory norms, handling disciplinary proceedings with all category of employees.<\/p>\n
KRAs –1.muster roll compliance.
\n2.compliance to regulatory; statutory requirements as per different govt.authorities.
\n3.5s compliance throughout the organisation.
\n4.Any other responsibility assigned by the Management<\/p>\n
