The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative position is to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus of the Inside Sales Representative is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company\u2019s services and products.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sale opportunities through outbound cold calling
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for setting IT appointments using phone calls
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for generating and researching their own leads that they will use to prospect, new clients,
\n\uf0b7 Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations
\n\uf0b7 Receive requests for service and products details from prospects and provide timely responses
\n\uf0b7 Achieves and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
\n\uf0b7 Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
\n\uf0b7 Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM in a timely manner<\/p>\n
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\uf0b7 Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy
\n\uf0b7 Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
\n\uf0b7 Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
\n\uf0b7 Enter all work as activities or service tickets into CRM<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Inside sales experience with selling any of the following: IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Possess a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as a part of the sales process
\n\uf0b7 Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
\n\uf0b7 Proficient with general office applications
\n\uf0b7 Enjoy working with customers and external audiences
\n\uf0b7 High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
\n\uf0b7 Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
\n\uf0b7 Skill in preparing written communications and materials
\n\uf0b7 Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
\n\uf0b7 Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
\n\uf0b7 Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
\n\uf0b7 Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment<\/p>\n
